📍 Where We Ship From
All orders ship from New Zealand.
We offer domestic shipping within NZ and international shipping to Australia and selected global locations.
📦 Processing Times
Every order is packed with care.
Processing time is generally:

2–5 business days for standard orders

7–21 business days for custom annotated books (depending on workload and complexity)
Processing times may be longer during new product launches, seasonal sales, or high-volume periods — but we’ll always communicate clearly if delays occur.

New Zealand

Delivery times vary widely, usually 2–6 weeks depending on destination, customs, and postal networks
All international orders include a tracking number where available.
🌏 Duties, Customs & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs charges, VAT, duties, or import fees that may apply in their country.
These costs are not included in product or shipping prices.
📬 Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage fees will apply to resend it.
We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect customer information.
📮 Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Parcels
Once your order has been handed to the courier or postal service, it is out of our control. While we cannot guarantee delivery dates, we will always help where we can.
If your parcel is delayed, please allow:

If your parcel is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
✨ Shipping for Returns
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (incorrect item, faulty item, etc.).

🎁 Packaging
We pack orders in protective packaging designed to keep your items safe while still being eco-friendly wherever possible.
Annotated books, premium bookmarks, and fragile items receive extra padding.
